Our Dermatology practice in Clinton Township, MI has a tradition of providing service to the community for over 20 years. Our Dermatologists are board-certified in the practice of Dermatology.  

Dr. Davide Iacobelli, M.D.Dr. Iacobelli received his medical degree from the University of Rome Medical School. He is a board certified dermatologist who completed his residency training at William Beaumont Hospital and Wayne State University. He currently serves as a clinical Assistant Professor at Wayne State.

Dr. Fiorino DiGregorio, M.D.Dr. DiGregorio is a board certified dermatologist and dermatopathologist. After receiving his degree from Wayne State University, he completed his residency at the Detroit Medical Center, where he was also chief resident in dermatology. Dr. DiGregorio completed his training in pathology and dermatopathology at St. John Hospital in Detroit and the University of Chicago.

Physician Assistants or P.A.'s may assist our Dermatologists. Tina Williams and Kelly Holmes are certified Physician Assistants in our practice. Physician Assistants in Dermatology must complete a two to three year training program beyond college, in addition to receiving specialized training in Dermatology. They are licensed in the State of Michigan to see patients under the direction of a Physician. Our well-trained Physician Assistants are available to manage most of your common skin problems and perform minor surgical procedures.

Our Physicians are often consulted to manage difficult skin problems, including psoriasis, lupus, skin cancer, and chronic skin infections. Patients are often referred to the practice from all over the Midwest to obtain care in our Macomb Oakland Psoriasis Center. We offer ultraviolet light, bath and tar treatments as well as the newest technology with the Xtrac Laser. Biologic medicines may also be used as an option.

Our Dermatologists also provide the latest cosmetic procedures to help you look your best. With five lasers in the office, we are able to provide advanced technology in the treatment of spider veins, age spots, and birthmarks.

Our Total FX Fractional Laser skin resurfacing replaces damaged skin with new, fresh skin. The primary targets of laser skin resurfacing include fine lines and wrinkles of the face, crow's feet, acne scars, and brown spots.

We also offer BOTOX, Dysport, Restylane, Perlane and Juvéderm injections.

Our full service Dermatology practice includes Estheticians as an integral part of the skin care team. Estheticians are specially trained and licensed to analyze your skin care needs and design individual programs and treatments. Working with the Dermatologist, the Esthetician will provide treatments and recommend products that support the therapeutic plan of your Physician. Our Estheticians are available for cosmetic consultations, facial treatments, glycolic exfoliation, microdermabrasions, facial and body waxing, air-brush tanning and makeup artistry in our exclusive DermaSpa.

Laser Hair reduction is available for the removal of unwanted hair. Our trained specialists are able to tailor treatments for individual skin types for both men and women. Electrolysis is also available for your hair removal needs.

In our DermaSpa, we also offer an innovative photorejuvenation system using IPL technology. Photorejuvenation improves the appearance of sun damaged skin and helps remove age spots and redness.
